Our primary reason for visiting Hazukido was to indulge in their renowned bubble tea creations. We opted for the Strawberry series, which featured two tantalizing options: the Strawberry Fresh Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly and the Strawberry Slush with Coconut Jelly.
Upon our first sip, it was evident that Hazukido takes their bubble tea game seriously. The sweetness level was just right, striking the perfect balance between sugary indulgence and the refreshing taste of real strawberries. The strawberry flavor was undeniably prominent, leaving a delightful lingering taste that kept us wanting more. In the Strawberry Fresh Milk, there were lots of fresh strawberry bits and puree waiting to be stirred into the milk. It was like a leveled up strawberry milk, and the coconut jelly added to the uniqueness of the flavor. The strawberry slush had a wonderful smoothie consistency and each sip was better than the last.
During our first visit to Hazukido, we couldn't resist signing up for their membership program. As a welcoming gesture, they rewarded us with 100 points and a voucher for a free refresher on our next visit. This gesture of appreciation solidified our positive impression of the establishment and ensured our return. You also get 50 additional points if you review them on google, so we did that as well after an amazing first experience. They also have an app you can download to keep track of your reward points.

And during our return visit, we couldn't help but indulge further in Hazukido's culinary delights, from the Spicy Chicken Croissant to the Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Croffle and the Blue Lemonade refreshers. The lemonade refreshers were exactly as the title describes - refreshing. The spicy chicken croissant was no joke. The spice of the chicken mixed with the flakey texture of the croissant was the perfect mixture for our brunch visit. The Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Croffle was a generous portion size and definitely hit the spot with a little bit left over for later. As we left Hazukido after our second visit, we couldn't help but smile, knowing that we had discovered a new favorite spot in Yaletown.
